Ebay Change Shocks Sellers
The recent decision by eBay to revise the fee structure of their services and the feedback system between buyers and sellers has a lot of eBay users up in arms. Combine this with a change in the time that PayPal holds back money and suddenly discontent is heard on a grand scale.
Are these changes needed or right?
That is not for me to judge, but the one thing that does interest me is the way the human being reacts to such changes in their life.
People make interpretations. Whenever you initiate a decision or experience anything that leads to a result you generate a personal expectation of what will soon be. If your expectation matches the result you are content, but if not there is an expectation conflict.
Most of the human population lives within the world of feeling and thought of expectation and expectation conflict. In actuality the result is neutral and it is only your personal point of view combined with your expectations that make you label anything as good or bad.
For some the eBay revisions have no meaning, for some the changes are positive and for others negative. How you view these changes and ultimately respond or react are a by-product of your expectations.
