What You Dont Know Can Hurt

Mar 31 2008

You don’t know it all and you never will. Every person has special knowledge and skills that are unique to their education and living experience and most are more than willing to share those qualities.

You should have a mentor. If fact, you should be willing, no seeking those with the experience and information to make your life efforts more effective and productive.

In my life I have had many mentors. Some have millions, even billions of dollars of personal wealth and others have little more than the clothes on their back, but the lessons I learned from each were invaluable to me as lessons of living smarter and better.

Thinking you know everything you need to know to make it through life is the first symptom of not having a clue. Accepting your thoughts and beliefs as the end all
of proper decision is the sure sign of eventual disaster looming in the future.

Comprehend that there is always someone outside your small world of influence with the knowledge that will give you more living power and influence. Seek them out and absorb all you can in your quest to be the best that you can be.
