Sarah Palins Glasses
My goodness, the massive response to my last blog certainly caught me off-guard. Thousands of ladies and gentlemen all supporting Sarah Palin and her choice in glasses. I appreciate your emails and kind comments.
Let me take a moment to clarify what I said and the intent behind those words.
My thought and point was:
Why are we so media focused on the glasses worn by Sarah Palin?
Certainly they look nice and from all I read are of fine quality, but we should not lose sight of the fact that Sarah Palin is in the public eye for a reason. Both Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton stand for far more than their hair, make-up and clothing and yes, even glasses.
Media and the people should focus their primary attention on the words and issues Sarah Palin stands for and reserve minor interest for coverage of her glasses. To everyone that loves and wants a pair of those glasses, good choice because they look great!
Now, focus on, listen to, and support your candidate for their political strength and views and let the accessories settle where they may and ask your media sources to report on the candidate issues and not dilute those issues with lower priority stories.

Taunting Casey Anthony
It isn’t really anything organized, but rather more a random group of whoever shows up. No matter, the demonstrators outside the Anthony home in Florida have a point.
This point is an ardent almost violent point of view and opinion that disturbs neighbors and borders on becoming a public nuisance and thickens with each chant, every yell and the synchronized pointing of fingers.
Is there a point? Not really. Standing outside someone’s home yelling and gesturing may allow you to vent your feelings and opinion, but it serves little purpose in the investigation or search for Caylee Anthony.
In fact, the entire circus may hinder the process and certainly disturbs the innocent neighbors who paid their dues to live on a quiet street in America.

Since her rise to almost celebrity status by accepting the nomination as a running mate for John McCain which thrust her into the national media spotlight Sarah Palin has influenced thousands of people with her choice of glasses.
Infact, her style of glasses has become one of the most discussed and talked about issues.

My last blog entry drew the quick attention of a lot of people especially from a select group of friends and business associates I was talking to at the time it came out. Everyone is in the same boat.
Basically, people are scared. They are slowing morphing into turtles that draw their heads back into the shell as they wait for better and financially safer times.
Hogwash! The people that succeed in these times are the people open to growth and expansion.
I simply don’t see anyone from the major financial institutions willing to put their arm around your shoulder and guide you like Rob Bankston or myself.
Where are they?
Rob and I don’t hide behind some faceless corporate windows. We are real people just like you that happen to be willing to help others along as we strive to improve our social and economic position.
That is good business! Helping others to grow while you grow with them.
It is the foundation of our economy and will be for years to come.
