Has John McCain Lost His Mind

Oct 31 2008

With a Presidential election hanging in the balance of sagging polls and Sarah Palin doing her own thing the last semblance of sanity seems to have flown out the window when John McCain did this.

He called out Joe the Plumber from the crowd and Joe wasn’t there.

He was supposed to be, but with several miscommunications Joe didn’t attend that rally. Later the campaign aides rushed Joe by car to the next McCain rally so he could take the stage with McCain.

Now calling for Joe when Joe isn’t present might be bad enough, but who on the campaign decided it was even remotely reasonable to include Joe in the McCain campaign?

John McCain is a true military hero and a dedicated politician, but I wonder if he is so desperate that he will build his last week campaign design around an average guy that may or may not even show up at the rally venue.

What on Earth is this fascination with Joe the Plumber?

What’s next? Joe the Plumber for Secretary of Defense or a cabinet position?

The Future is Sarah Palin

Oct 30 2008

Or maybe not. However, it cannot be denied that Sarah Palin has certainly made her mark on American politics during this Presidential campaign. There are some dark clouds close to home though.

For a few weeks now there have been rumblings in the Republican Party about the fact that Palin seems to go off topic and make comments that don’t entirely mesh with the McCain campaign. Then there are the questionable issues still brewing in Alaska.

In fact, one of our readers commented yesterday that they are just “waiting” for Sarah Palin to return to her promised yet unfinished business in Alaska. I got the feeling their response would not be one of confetti and a band when she returns.

I wish only the best for Sarah Palin, but her future in Washington and the Republican Party will be of her own making.

Sarah Palin John McCain Attack

Oct 29 2008

As the election nears the last thing John McCain and Sarah Palin need to do is tip the scales with a decision like this that draws media and public scorn.

Attacks on Barack Obama might come back to haunt John McCain if he continues in these tender days as voters begin to go to the polls.

People seem to be tired of the same old attack ads from both candidates. Now is the time for final delivery of stance on issues and proposed plans for reform not personal slander.

What is your take on attack ads? Like them, hate them, or ignore them?

Will It Rain on McCain

Oct 28 2008

With the election only a matter of days away the voter balance becomes even more critical. Most polls show John McCain trailing Barack Obama by various percentage ranges.

However McCain still feels that he is close enough to Obama that only the final results will determine who is really ahead. John McCain has often said he doesn’t look at the polls, but recently he has been keeping one eye on them.

Obama has delivered his final closing words and is now pressing on to sway any uncommitted voters on the campaign trail.

Will it rain on the McCain parade or will the voters come out and prove that the John McCain and Sarah Palin camp have proven that they are the right ticket?

Where Stocks are Going

Oct 27 2008

All eyes are turned upward looking at the numbers as they bounce all about. The DOW is at it again and there is one thing that is certain.

There is little stability.

For more than two years I have been literally preaching to anyone willing to stop that the DOW was too high and very unstable and that I expected it to slide back looking for value stability.

Right now I see that stability point at 7800 - 7900 and the DOW is doing everything in its power to reach that figure. Brokers and government officials are doing everything in their power to stem the slide.

People consistently tell me that I can’t predict where the markets are going, but I’ve been right for almost 27 months and I continue to tell them eye to eye 300 point drop tomorrow, but they’re still not listening.

Money, value is a lot like water. It flows from business to business and person to person. There is a balance or calm that defines market and financial stability. There are always ripples, but right now we are caught in a wave action so intense that the markets are being rocked off their foundations and few alive have ever experienced anything like it before.

I thought it so interesting that Alan Greenspan, former chairman of the Federal Reserve commented that we were in a “credit tsunami”. How appropriate those words and that description were.

Ultimately, I believe stocks are seeking a 7000 - 7200 balance point or at best no more than 7500.

How long will it takes us to get there? Remember there are holiday revenues and a new administration involved, but if the foreign markets slide that will pull us along. If a large ( chunk ) of loss occurs and ( breaks off ) on the DOW that will completely destabilize the foreign markets and then come back around to us within 48 hours.

Two of the determining factors are in how quickly and effectively the newly elected administration takes over control and what we provide for the core consumer market that currently cannot pay mortgages and debts because their jobs and income base have been diluted or completely eliminated.

The End of Sarah Palin

Oct 27 2008

Yesterday the response was something I simply didn’t expect. Oh, I’d heard grumblings, but nothing like the reverberations coursing through this predominantly GOP crowd.

Their verdict, Sarah Palin is finished. The general consensus was that Palin had gone off on her own once too often. That she had spoken out of line with John McCain’s campaign too much. That her lack of ( Washington ) experience and constant controversy in Alaska had doomed her from the start.

Frankly, it’s disappointing to me because I was so looking forward to what the McCain / Palin ticket had to offer. These words are certainly not an endorsement of Barack Obama either.

I expected this from the other party, but recent weeks had many of her party and even in the actual campaign reeling against her decisions and comments.

The effect of this fallout is like a political neutron bomb that leaves the party standing without and candidates to represent it.

They talked of this being the end of Sarah Palin even if she wanted to run again during the next election.

What do you think? Is this reaction by her party justified even with a few miscues or do you think they have a chance to come back strong during the voting against Obama and Biden?

Does she have any future in Washington or is this really the end of Sarah Palin.

Sarah Palin Uncontrolled Diva

Oct 25 2008

Another shocking pattern from Sarah Palin. Notwithstanding all the other controversy she now appears to be taking matters into her own mind and hands as she abandons the McCain agenda for her own. Is she listening or not?

In recent months Sarah Palin appeared at times to not only create embarrassing moments with her questionable calls as Governor of Alaska, but also her comments at rally events and during interviews.

Now she deviates from the McCain campaign pattern again by stating that Robo Calls were “irritating” and that she disagreed with the campaigns decision to pull out of Michigan. This leaves me wondering if Sarah Palin is running her own campaign within the McCain process.

Wonder what John McCain thinks about all of this?

Watching Your Money Disappear

Oct 24 2008

Look at the markets. I didn’t say panic and abandon the markets I said observe them for the trends. The DOW and futures trading are showing the slippage we have been predicting for months, but you do have options.

The most important sector is the core consumer market. That majority of average people who also happen to be the hardest hit by the housing and stock markets.

Yet there are some people out there with all of the vehicles and home paid off. How? Because they took action long before to create other income streams and strengthen their living experience.

I just talked to several of the best online managers I know and they all agree that even though there are options available most people choose to sit and watch their jobs and savings disappear without taking any action whatsoever.

What do we have to do to actually help people find stability in life? Several of these people including myself have spent tens of thousands of dollars of our own money over the past year or so to help research and educate others on financial stability, living skills improvement, money and value.

We have even made the information free to our readers and yet many simply ignore the message. Then I see angry comments from them after they lose massive amounts of their savings.

Unfortunately, doing nothing, sitting idle and later claiming that the world was unfair are symptoms of the issue controlling these people and they simply cannot and will not admit, acknowledge or accept it.

The core consumer market can strengthen through structured soft income streams. Everyone supporting each other in unity. It works, people are currently doing it and it is almost recession proof.

If you need help, if you’re in debt please consider our free Family Wealth Program. The course materials and 30 days of mentoring are totally free and there is no obligation or cost. I will never suggest any program that I haven’t personally invested my time and money in and found to be effective.

Casey Anthony Will Go Free

Oct 24 2008

With all of the outstanding evidence including hair, body fluid and air samples including chloroform saturation the entire criminal case against Casey Anthony in the disappearance of her daughter Caylee Anthony will come to an abrupt end.

That is what will happen if the defense manages to get the car evidence thrown out of the court case. This evidence is critical not only to conviction, but to the structure of the entire case against Casey Anthony.

Will this happen? Possibly, but it will take a lot of potential that someone could have tampered with the car and trunk after Casey Anthony abandoned it.

This case is far from over and promises to be a media trial on the scale of the OJ Simpson murder trial.

How do you feel? What if the evidence is thrown out and the case ends against Casey?

Sarah Palin Makes Them Furious

Oct 23 2008

In a way I could already feel the air bristling with excitement and controversy long before Sarah Palin uttered the words. However, once her recent statements came up people reacted so strongly they walked out of the room.

Once again Sarah Palin has people up in arms over her thoughts and comments. When pressed to describe what the Vice President does in a question by a third grader her response was:“They’re in charge of the U.S. Senate so if they want to they can really get in there with the senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom.”

Of course this isn’t entirely correct. The Vice President can cast the deciding vote in a tie break, but doesn’t hold the power to control the entire Senate.

I actually like Sarah Palin so it is even more painful to watch her interviews and speeches at times.

Once again the thing that startled me was the reaction of members of her party. Lots of head shaking and looks of vacant disbelief. Personally, I don’t think a single one of them would have thrown her a life preserver. They aren’t abandoning the Republican ship, but they certainly are looking the other way during the call of ( woman overboard ).
