The entry Shocking Truth was neither in support nor rejection of McCain or any candidate. The shocking truth I wrote of was the fact that on the morning after a Presidential debate it was as if it didn’t happen at our offices. 

People HERE ( not across the US ) simply didn’t care who won the debate. That was shocking to me as I’ve never seen such disregard for an important debate.

All of a sudden Palin/McCain which had dominated their thoughts simply wasn’t an issue. The reason is they are far more focused on helping the families we spend 15 hours a day working with than the comments of the candidates in the debate.

Comments that seemed to provide few if any answers to the questions asked.

We took the opportunity to put some links to courses that might help others and were slammed as too commercial when that was not our intent at all. In fact, many of our reports are completely free or have been greatly reduced in cost as an effort to help others and the other courses are not ours and people are left to make their own decision on need. 

Personally I want what is best for this country and given the current choices the debate did little to provide any answer to which side will be best. Obama is slammed for perceived greed, McCain for ineffectiveness and age and Palin for her inexperience.

We need unity in this country not angry people cursing at each other over their political opinions. It was disturbing to see people on the bloglines personally attacking each other over their beliefs and opinions.

Everyone is entitled to their personal opinion and just because it differs from yours doesn’t signal a reason to attack or slander the other man or woman. There is never a need or reason to curse or sling racist remarks at another.

In fact, if you do doesn’t that make YOU the angry, racially inclined person?
