The DOW Fractures
America we are in crisis. This isn’t some form of sensationalistic claim it’s the truth, plain and simple. The time for finger pointing is over or maybe it needs to be rescheduled to focus on the challenge ahead.
There are some critical steps that must be taken in the next week or so.
It is vital that the Treasury recapitalize the banking industry and that the industry cut away the fat and draining resources.
The DOW has been letting the corporate and public pressure out in burps. Every day I hear people bemoaning of the 150 to 600 point drops. People the last thing we need is for the DOW to become stagnant and then fracture off like a large ice shelf at the pole in a panic sell off.
A 1500 - 2000+ point fracture and drop of the DOW would destabilize the foreign markets and create a vortex of financial chaos.
I believe the DOW will stabilize around 7000 points if the large banks mergers will settle and the Treasury puts the money into balance through recapitalization. If we continue to simply buy up the stale assets of banks eventually the $700 billion will be gone and the banking industry will still be dangerously unstable.
Move the money back into the process of banking instead of the ownership of banks.
